Creative Gift Wrap
“Wrapping a gift feels a bit like dressing it for the ball, simple or elaborate, it sets the tone before the first tear of paper.”

I’ll admit, wrapping presents isn’t my favorite part of the season, but I do love the look of a neatly wrapped gift far more than a hurried bag and tissue paper situation.

What I do enjoy is the finishing touch: a handmade tag. It’s the perfect excuse to get a little creative and use up those tiny scraps of thread or leftover bits of yarn that are too pretty to toss.

I came across a lovely idea from A Wonderful Thought — Simple Hand-Embroidered Gift Tags, complete with a free printable and easy-to-follow instructions. It’s such a clever, gentle project for a cozy evening, and it might just inspire you to design a few of your own.

Because even the smallest tag can make a gift feel extra special, especially when it’s made by hand. 🎁🧵
