A new bookclub will be starting soon, #spin15bookclub . I’m working on the book list that will be selected for 2022.
There will also be themed-based fiber to spin along with the readings and discussions. A private forum has been created on Goodreads and there is an app available as well. More to be provided after all the other bits have fallen into place.
Also planning Zoom meetups for extra book talks and showing off our themed spins related to the titles.
Stay tuned for updates soon…
Look for the upcoming book list here for plenty of time to get a copy from your favorite book source (library, Kindle, etc.):

A few do’s and don’ts for book club discussions (on Zoom) that I grabbed from Bookish:
Do: Read or attempt to read the book before the scheduled discussion.
Don’t: Forget we all read at our own pace.
Do: Speak up during the book discussion as we all have our own thoughts about the book.
Don’t: over speak your turn. Everyone’s opinion matters, so we want everyone to have a chance to talk.
Do: Bring questions to the discussion.
Don’t: Feel like you have to speak up on every book discussed.
Do: A meeting agenda will be provided
Don’t: Get sidetracked from the book discussion. Stay on subject to keep the discussion focused and fun.
