The end of June already!

A huge thank you to all of the camper’s that purchased a camp pack and will be joining in on the sixth annual #campspin15.

I am looking forward to a day full of great fiber related topics with the lineup of presents I have asked to share on our camp Zoom day.

Next year’s camp theme has been decided and let’s just say “Rydell High” should get you bee-bopping around.

The Christmas in July sale starts tomorrow, July 1 and will run until the end of the month or all is sold out.

I have dropped the prices on fiber, grab bags, and other fiber related sundry to too-good-to pass up.  Some @ 50% or more off the original posting price.

Some of the inventory was for in-person events and was never seen on the website.

Stop by and take a look in July.

As it seems apparent, I have been doing quite a bit of stitching lately.

Never fear, there is a whole lot of wool projects going on in the background that I haven’t been posting on Instagram.  Wool dying, sorting, a bit of spinning as my hand allows.

I am using up some of my studio supplies to create custom container storage pretties for myself.  Two of the three completed so far have patterns I designed and are complimentary if you are interested in creating your own decorated storage pieces.  Just click on the photo above.  (Thimbles & Needles)

The scissors box is stitched from a free pattern from Patrick’s Woods that I had to hunt down via web archive.  Click on the photo to be taken to the blog post with the pdf available for free, posted October 2011.

In July, I will be working on putting all the pieces needed for #spookyspin15in23 together.

I may do a pre-order with a variety of fibers.

The packs will be simple:
*Season of the Witch colorway I will create,
*event pin
*simple cross stitch pattern (if you want to make one)
*a month-long bingo card that will include posting on Instagram throughout the month of October.

I am planning for a short Zoom spin-in for prize drawings for participants on Saturday morning, October 28.

Look for more info through the newletter/blog posts and Instagram.

That’s it for now.

Have a safe and relaxing Fourth of July.
