What do you need to do?
Spinning each evening (or morning if that is your thing) 5, 10 or up to 15 minutes on a spindle. No tv, no smartphone, no sound. Just the whirl of your spindle and quiet time for your mind.
spindle (any kind, just no spinning wheels)
pretty bowl or bow to hold it all
